Diana Gutierrez
Diana Gutierrez is the Founder and Executive Director of Fundación Perros Sin Nombre (FPSN), a no-kill rescue organization based in Tela, Honduras. Since 2018, she has led the rescue, rehabilitation, sterilization, and rehoming of hundreds of abandoned and at-risk dogs and cats, working tirelessly to reduce overpopulation and improve animal welfare in underserved communities. Under her leadership, FPSN has organized large-scale spay and neuter clinics, provided emergency medical care, built partnerships with international veterinary teams, and expanded its impact through cross-border fundraising efforts in both Honduras and the United States. Diana is deeply committed to ethical rescue practices, community education, and sustainable solutions that address the root causes of animal abandonment. Her work is driven by compassion, resilience, and an unwavering belief that every animal deserves dignity, medical care, and a second chance.

Lori Mazzola
Lori Mazzola is a 20 year Ridgefield resident and Vice Chairman of the Ridgefield Affordable Housing Committee. Lori has worked in veterinary medicine since 2009. While a technician most of those years Lori has also found her passion helping animals by volunteering with Fundacion Perros Sin Nombre (Dogs Without Names), a not-for-profit animal shelter in Honduras.

Grace
A Connecticut native, Grace is an animal lover and human rights advocate who holds a Master’s degree in HR from the University of Connecticut. Outside of her work with the foundation, she serves as a Human Resources leader in the aerospace and defense industry.

Danielle Szajer
Board member/medical director Grew up on family farm in Catskill ny with alpacas dogs and cats, graduated Long Island university, cum laude, work for a general practice in Ridgefield CT - general appointments and surgeries, also does surgeries for despurate housecats, a cat only nonprofit in CT

Patricia Murcia
Patricia Murcia is a Colombian veterinarian whose passion for animal welfare has shaped her global career. She earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from La Salle University in Bogotá, supported small farmers through animal production programs, and continued her training with a scholarship in Egypt and a Master’s degree in Veterinary Epidemiology in the United Kingdom. Now based in the United States, she works as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in general practice at Georgetown Veterinary Hospital and is currently pursuing her DVM licensure in the U.S. She also volunteers with Fundación Perros Sin Nombre (FPSN), helping rescue animals in need. Patricia lives in Bethel, Connecticut, with her husband, Nelson, their daughters Camila and Catalina, four rescue cats, and their dog Bigotes.

Harold
To provide our dogs with a true second chance, we rely on the expert guidance of a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine within our Board of Directors. This role is crucial in overseeing our medical rehabilitation programs and ensuring that the health and well-being of our residents remain our top priority. Their presence on the board ensures that our foundation isn’t just a shelter, but a sanctuary of healing where clinical excellence meets compassionate care.

My name is Romina Elizabeth Belkouchi, Im 50 years old, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have lived in the United States for 35 years.I’m proud to be a US citizen and a small business owner, who works closely with people everyday , I love connecting with others but my heart really lights up when I’m rescuing and helping animals. Cooking, decorating and traveling bring me so much joy, this is how I express my creativity and love for life. I’m passionate , nurturing and always looking for ways to make the world around me a little more beautiful and a little more kind.
